Yoga and Pilates will help us keep our spines flexible and strong, create inner pelvic strength/suppleness, and build endurance for the journey ahead. Expressive arts, creative belly dance, sounding, and vocalization will lead us more deeply into the transformative experience of growing our children in our sacred bodies.
